PLAYERS BENCH SHIPPING INFORMATION

Holiday Free Shipping: This promotion applies to ground shipping only and does not include oversize shipping surcharges. This offer expires at midnight on December 24th.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE
For delivery on or before December 24th
Ground Order need to be placed and shipped on or before 12/17 at 12 Noon MST
2 Day Air orders need to be placed and shipped on or before 12/22 at 12 Noon MST
Nest Day Air orders need to be placed and shipped on or before 12/23 at 12 Noon MST

SHIPPING POLICY
When returning/exchanging a product the customer will be responsible for the shipping of that item back to the store. If PB Online shipped the wrong item we will gladly pay for the return shipping of the correct item back to you in like fashion. If returning an item, there is no refund on shipping. Orders placed before 2 P.M.(MST) Monday - Friday will be shipped that same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

It is Players Bench Online policy to ship ONLY within the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii.
